Community Forum: Creating, Enhancing and Sustaining Natural Outdoor Classrooms
Created to support your important work with children, this half-day interactive forum will give you the chance to learn about the latest resources and support available to you for creating and sustaining natural outdoor classroom and to connect with representatives from Nature Explore Classrooms in the area. Forum participants will share promising practices, hear sustainability tips, learn ways to optimize the impact of outdoor classrooms for children and together create ways to bring more learning with nature to all children.
Everyone in attendance will receive a free copy of the acclaimed Learning Naturally DVD ($75 value) to share with your staff, and other inspiring and informational resources, including strategies for more engaging and impactful family involvement.
When: Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 9:00 am -12:00 pm. Refreshment break provided

*Come early for an optional tour of Gomez Heritage’s Certified Nature Explore Classrooms offered from 8:00 am to 8:45 am.

*All forum attendees are also invited to join us for a post-forum Zoom conference call, which will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
